It is an honor to announce Dr. Christine Reed as a new PAN Works Fellow. Chris brings expertise in the ethics of public management of free-roaming horses, as she promotes their wellbeing through contributions in research, policy work, writing, and photography. We are grateful for the depth of insight and passion she has added to our group, and we look forward to working with Chris in our shared mission of fostering a world where all animals can flourish.
