New Fellow Announcement

Barbara King

It is an honor to announce Dr. Barbara King as one of PAN Works’ newest Research Fellows. With extensive experience studying animal emotions and cognition across geographies, Barbara’s work focuses on the ethnology and ethics of human-nonhuman animal relationships. She is a science writer, biological anthropologist, and public speaker, as well as Emerita Professor of Anthropology at William & Mary. Barbara’s depth of expertise bridges subject areas, and we are lucky to have her creativity, caring, and enthusiasm in our group.
